The workers' trusteeship and the defense of the elder
generally, from the legal point of view, are subjects that not always
have received a satisfactory treatment in the jurisprudence. Our same
Constitution guarantees equality for all citizens. But this does not
guarantee the effective fulfillment of the “equal social dignity”, and
therefore it is necessary to commit constantly to eliminate the
obstacles. It is enough with thinking about the amount and the
meticulousness of the dictated norms to fill the list of an annual
declaration of the rents for the IRPEF, or about the submission of a pension
request in independent regime or International Convention.
Therefore it is necessary having an efficient organization that
provides assistance and is capable of attending, guiding and protecting old
workers from bureaucratic and incomprehensible meanders as often onerous;
